Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Insta Biz Web’s (“IBW,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services
Insta Biz Web provides digital solutions including, but not limited to:
Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual project agreements and statements of work.

Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. General terms apply as follows:
- Payments are due as per the agreed schedule outlined in the project contract or invoice
- A non-refundable advance (typically 30–50%) is required before project commencement
- Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month after a 7-day grace period
- All payments are processed securely through authorised payment gateways
- Invoices are issued in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy

Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the custom-developed deliverables (code, design assets, content) as specified in the project agreement.
Insta Biz Web retains ownership of:
- General methodologies, frameworks, and development processes
- Pre-existing proprietary libraries, tools, and boilerplate code
- Any open-source components used, subject to their respective licences
- Portfolio rights — we may display completed work in our portfolio unless a written NDA restricts this

Limitation of Liability
Insta Biz Web’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party service outages (hosting, payment processors, APIs)
- Business losses arising from website downtime or bugs beyond our control
- Content accuracy for client-supplied materials
- Search engine ranking changes following any update

Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. The following apply upon termination:
- All outstanding payments for work completed to date remain due and payable
- Client data and deliverables completed up to termination date will be transferred within 14 days
- IBW retains the right to retain copies solely for legal/compliance purposes
- NDA obligations survive termination indefinitely

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. For ongoing service contracts, material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after notice constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
