Custom Development Services
- Website / App Development: Refund available within 5 days if project requirements are provably not met as agreed in writing
- Business Automation / CRM: 30-day satisfaction guarantee after implementation and handover
- Project initiation advance (30–50%): Non-refundable once discovery / planning work has commenced
Digital Marketing Services
- Campaign Setup: Full refund if campaign is not launched within the agreed timeframe
- Monthly Retainer Packages: Pro-rated refunds available with 15-day written notice
- Initial Consulting / Strategy Session: Refund available within 48 hours if unsatisfied

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Project scope changes resulting in a reduction of agreed deliverables
- Early termination of ongoing service retainer contracts
- Unused portions of prepaid service packages (calculated pro-rata)
- By mutual written agreement between Insta Biz Web and the client
