Eligibility by Service Type

Custom Development Services

  • Website / App Development: Refund available within 5 days if project requirements are provably not met as agreed in writing
  • Business Automation / CRM: 30-day satisfaction guarantee after implementation and handover
  • Project initiation advance (30–50%): Non-refundable once discovery / planning work has commenced

Digital Marketing Services

  • Campaign Setup: Full refund if campaign is not launched within the agreed timeframe
  • Monthly Retainer Packages: Pro-rated refunds available with 15-day written notice
  • Initial Consulting / Strategy Session: Refund available within 48 hours if unsatisfied

Non-Refundable Items

Completed and delivered projects that meet agreed specifications
Third-party licences and subscriptions purchased on behalf of clients
Services where work has been completed and accepted by the client in writing
Custom development work that has been deployed to a production environment
Training and consultation services after the session has been completed
Domain registration, hosting, and third-party API fees

Partial Refunds

  • Project scope changes resulting in a reduction of agreed deliverables
  • Early termination of ongoing service retainer contracts
  • Unused portions of prepaid service packages (calculated pro-rata)
  • By mutual written agreement between Insta Biz Web and the client
